• Cal.com — appointment scheduling for free estimates.
• Google Workspace services (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) — we store customer job records, quotes, and contracts in our own Google account. Our internal administrative tools access only our own Google Drive and Sheets data; they never access our customers’ or visitors’ Google accounts.

How long we keep information

Inquiry messages are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up. Job records, quotes, and contracts are retained for as long as required for warranty, accounting, legal, and insurance purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected internal tools, and access limited to authorized personnel and subcontractors who need it to perform work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• You may decline to provide information, though we may then be unable to provide an estimate or perform work.
